I went here to be treated/tested for COVID and they sent me a bill for $400 dollars. I was told by the doctors and nurses that it would be 100% covered by NYS or my insurance to be tested and cared for for COVID! DON’T TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!
A friend of mine had a baby in here. Service is good, stuff is very friendly and helpful.
The Manager was very nice and told me how she would change things. My advice to you, don't go too long without a mammogram. When you call ask the front desk what the radiology tech does to protect you from the virus.
NY Presbyterian put beats most hospitals in the NYC area. Good friendly caring medical teams. Professional also.
Nice hospital, there is a doctor for 24 hours in emergency ward. This is first time I was hospitalized in emergency. Doctors and other staff member took care of me. They treated me as a celebrity. Thank you guys to help me in mean time.
The Labor and Delivery unit at NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital is unbelievable. What an amazing group of people. Everything from our tours / registration / classes to the actual birth was handled with such care and dedication.Could not have wished for a better experience.
