These people really took care of me. I had a great purchasing experience from start to finish. I called one day to ask about a Honda cb650r and Esteban answered, talked me through the specs of the bike they had. I came in the next day and met him, very informative and pleasant. No pressure at all. I put a deposit down on the bike and they held it for me for a week while I got other details straightened out. When I came in to pick up the bike, they had fixed the few loose screws I noticed, and gave me a full tank of gas. Tonya was incredibly friendly and helpful with the purchase/paperwork process. Darrin had positive energy and made me feel welcomed. I believe the service guys name was Christopher. He took me outside and walked me through the bike and it’s functions. Told me the history of the bike and was very friendly too. They even cut me a deal on some helmets and helped out a bit with the price of the bike. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I could write pages of the positive experiences I have had with NY Honda Yamaha. I’ve been riding for 35 years, year-round in everything but snow, for daily commute and pleasure. First and foremost, their service shop is top-notch. They are fast, honest, and reliable. Christopher and Christian who man the service desk are as knowledgeable and friendly as you can ask for. As distrusting of shops as I have become, if Christopher or Christian make a recommendation then I have zero doubts it’s the way to go. You will return if you try them once. Second, their sales are fair and low-pressure. My teen son purchased his first bike used 2015 Honda CBR3003, and we all felt comfortable with the purchase. The owner Darrin was involved despite the low price, and promised to stand behind what he sold. He proved this when the bike needed a simple clutch cable adjustment weeks later. So I have literally used this place myself for years, and recommended it to my own family. I can’t think of a better place in the tristate area. If you are considering anything regarding motorcycles, do yourself a favor and visit NY Honda Yamaha.

Bought a brand new Raptor 700 from these guys and couldn’t be any happier. Great customer service and great price. Francisco and Albert were very honest and they didn’t try to stick me with any hidden fees or anything!!

Bought my Honda Metropolitan here about a year ago. Purchase process was easy, same with paperwork and registration. Extremely accessible and attentive sales team actually returns calls. Service department does great work, too. Brought my bike back for a first service tuneup, and got it back within an hour, running better than day 1. Will be back to buy my second bike for sure. Nice selection of motorcycles and soon i will be back to buy a twin Africa or the YAMAHA R1M even thow my little cousin Pedro Acosta is a Honda kid,but he still has alot to learn, because it's Yamaha or Suzuki when it comes down to powerso I'll be definitely coming back to ride out of there with out the box feelings /
