Newark Schools Stadium

Great spot for track and field and football games. Large area. A couple issues. For a place this big, it's a shame that they only have one open entrance. All of thee other access points were closed/locked. So depending where you park, you may have a good walk ahead of you. Then there's no shade. On a hot day, if you're there for 5+ hours, this may wear you down. Just a warning. They did have a police presence. Other than that, can't complain. Love watching the kids in sports.

Been going there since I was 10 years old. More than 40 years ago.

We went to the back 2 school rally. It was nice for the kids. We appreciate all the sponsors who looked out.

First time visitor. The neighborhood didn't seem safe to walk around especially if you are a minority. But the stadium was clean and well maintained. I attended a County Track Competition. The entrance is on the south side only.

Graduation for Barringer HS in Newark. Unfortunately my phone died and all graduation pics got lost. It was raining that day so it wasn't the best day to be outdoors but we stayed and enjoyed it rain and all. The stadium is huge and has a lot of bench sitting.

My son home field for POP Warner football. Been coming to this stadium since the 80s before Vailsburg High school shut down in 86. Watch they last football game my big brother played football for Vailsburg High school his last year 1986.

Nice location for kids playing.

Great field to watch a game, or take the kids to kick around the soccer ball

Been coming her since the 90s its better than ever. I come here to walk the track. Even better because Precinct 7 is onsite.

It's honestly a good track. There are a lot of bleachers and the field is pretty good. The turf will stick to everything it touches. The bathrooms are good and warm in the colder weather.
