Newk's Eatery

I got off work this past Friday night & I wanted something new & different. So I stopped by Newk's right here on Lake Harbour Dr. This was my very 1st time coming here. I ordered the full chicken bacon club sandwich & a cup of chicken tortilla soup. My wife had the half sandwich pick a pair. She had the Newk's club & a cup of chicken tortilla soup. I must say this was a pretty good meal. My sandwich was more than filling, prepared how I ordered it & delicious. The chicken tortilla soup was hot & seasoned just right. Overall I will say we definitely enjoyed the meal & will be back again to try something different on the menu. Those pick a pair meal deals are the best.

I love this location. Order is always ready in a timely fashion. Always place my order through the app. They have curbside pickup. Love the pizza, soups, and salads. The salads are huge, except for pasta salad. Not so into the desserts.

Pretty awful experience, and this used to be one of the better ones around. The girl taking orders was distracted and kept asking me to repeat what I said. The tea looked like water with a hint of dark in it so we asked them to remake it and they made it pretty much the same. The workers stood around while the tables and floor were dirty and then played on their phones not only when standing but when walking around as well. When the food was delivered the chili was spilling down the side of the bowl all over the floor and table. Not to mention the bread stick basket was getting empty and needed to be refilled. It was a pretty terrible experience and they need to be retrained on how to run and work the establishment.

Placed my order online and went to pick it up a couple mints after placing it . It was already ready which was questionable. Then when i got home my pizzas looked and tasted like they were someone else’s meal that didn’t get picked up and they just gave it to me. Cold and not freshly made at all within that time frame.

Extremely nice atmosphere; everybody is extremely nice and pleasant. Very busy but food quality is excellent. Staff consistently maintains cleanliness of dining area. Restrooms were clean, but separate hand washing is available outside restrooms. Manager visited our table during our visit, as well.

Place is awesome I got a salad it was big, delicious and filling. The waitress was a doll, my grandfather has a complaint on his sandwich and she took it back and fixed it right away, she was also very kind. My only complaint is the system in which we get our food, instead of bringing the order to the table we were made to pick up the food which was weird. Otherwise it was very very good

Great food not alot of people so not crowded overall great!

I love Newks & typically see good service from the employees, but can NOT understand for the world of me why they shut down sooo early on weekend nights! I can call at 8:35pm to order a Newks Q or whatever to go, and get the same response I’ve had before.. “Sorry sir, we are not doing anymore to go orders..” I’m just surprised a good eating place like that doesn’t at least stay open till 10pm on a Friday and/or Saturday.. and also won’t keep slinging food till the actual closing time.

Newk's is one of my favorite places to eat because the food is always amazing and the service is spectacular. The cashier that served me today was cute too so that was nice.

The newer Newk's restaurants in other parts of the country are way better. The older Newk's around the Jackson metropolitan area are going down hill. So sad, Newk's was one of my go to places. Now I think I'll have to wait till I go back to Colorado for a visit.
