I always thought of dog walking as an extravagance, until I was in a medical situation that left me unable to walk my dog I do not have a yard to let her out, so she has to go on walks. I found Newman's Dog Training after extensive research and they have been a Godsend. Not only were they able to work with me to meet my needs, my dog, Frida, absolutely loves her dog walker. After I recovered, I continued having a dog walker come for mid-day walks, which allows me not to worry about Frida being home alone for 8+ hours each day, and it also allows me the flexibility to work late or attend happy hours, without having to worry about rushing home. The best part is a I get email updates with summaries and pictures of my girl by far my favorite email of the day. Did I mention that Frida LOVES her dog walker. It is money well spent for my happy girl!

I had the pleasure of using Jena's 'Newman's Dog Training LLC' while I was living in KC with my Blue Heeler, Piper. I was assigned Jimmy, as my dog walker, and he and Jen were a delight to work with. I enjoyed the technology they used to coordinate visits/walks, which included taking pictures along each walk to show me that Piper did her business or how it went in general. I had a Nest camera in my entryway and was able to witness each visit start out with snuggles and belly rubs and end with a water bowl refill. This organization clearly takes pride in providing stellar client service and I was grateful to have found them. Consider giving them a try if you live in their service area.

We have used Newman's Dog Training for pet sitting services several times. The Newman's team is very trustworthy, really good at communicating, and always make it easier for us to leave our pets in their care! We've had some sick animals that needed care in our absence and they made sure to schedule a team member that was comfortable with administering the appropriate medications when needed, which makes having to be away from our pets less stressful for us. We appreciate that they always take the time to give our furry friends some attention during the visits too!

I have been using Newman's for pet sitting for years! Jena and her team always do a fantastic job and are so good with my cat. I always get a nice update each day I'm away which helps me miss my kitty a little less knowing that she is in good hands.

I adopted a kitten recently. Not thinking through it, I was going out of town that weekend! With only a few days notice, Newman's was able to check in on and take care of Neville multiple times over the weekend! I was so happy and relieved. I will definitely use them again.

I called Jena with a 7 month old unruly puppy. Within 6 sessions, she had helped us nail our basics and gave me the confidence I needed to manage the pup. What a great service with great people. When I had a foot injury I relied on Newman’s for my dog Tucker’s mid-day walk/potty break. Even being in an apartment, they navigated entering the secure building with professional ease. And best of all, Tucker loved his walker. I highly recommend and happily give 5 stars. The little follow-up reports and pictures were a wonderful touch.
