Best place along with the best deal. My wife and I spent a lot of time looking for a new place to live that was in our budget. We wanted to find somewhere close to downtown which is where I work. We met with Dillion and she was great one of the friendliest property managers we have met made us feel welcome and like she wanted us to move here. We walked in to the all new condo and saw the dark wood floors and huge floor plan and fell in love!!! It was the best move and we love our new home!!!

Don't move here!!!! It is full of lowlife wannabe gangsters due to the fact that to fill the units almost every floor is full of section 8! Car break in pot smoke and homeless people everywhere. Owner seems to enjoy watching hard working peeps living next to people who pay almost no rent and spend every day at video lotto. Be careful in garages as homeless try to run in or are LET IN by their buddies. It looks nice but I can't get out of here fast enough. It's a shame because the Owner not Dillon is the issue.

The apartments here are amazingly up to date, and they always install new carpet before someone moves in, no matter the condition of the privious one. Safe car parking and small storage rooms availible.

I must say this is one of the best places I seen in Portland. Once I walked in my two bedroom 2 bath 2 walkins and everything up graded I was hook. I'm so glad I viewed 20 different places before finding this one. You can't go worng with this place at all.
