I loved the service I received from Newport Auto Center. Jeff took the time to examine my car throughout and called me back with a complete estimate that I found to be very reasonable. Understand I had my car repaired from the same auto repair shop not once but twice and I refused to take it back..A good friend referred me to her mechanic. I called and explained my problem and asked if I could leave my car and pick it up when I returned from out of town.. Ladies if you are looking for a complete car care center that treats you fair and won't take advantage because we're women, then Newport Auto Center is where you need to go. LOVE THIS FAMILY BUSINESS. They know what they are doing and will let you know straight up what is going on with your car. after a whole run around with other mechanics, lying to me, holding my car for days and couldnt tell what was wrong with it, only to refer me to other mechanics who would do the same thing i was convinced they were all in cahoots to waste my time. ever since i came to Newport auto center, it has BEEN SO MUCH BETTER. the peace of mind i have with them is a blessing. they let you know, and get it done. that peace of mind to know you are in the right hands . haven't looked back. love them at Newport auto center

I travel from Dover to have Jeff and brother to accomplish what I do not do. No more waiting around on hold like CF Schwartz did. Replaced one front and one rear wheel bearings on a 2007 Prius. It's a difficult job lottsa pounding, and the guys did it within hours of my scheduled appointment. Such a pleasure to have work done by such friendly, helpful staff. I will be back!

I went to them with my fro out, only black dude on the premises and didnt feel uncomfortable at all. They offered me access to their coffee machine and even turned the tv on for me. Mike handled the entire process with Carmax and getting me a rental for the week. Very professional and very friendly.

Who ever says they are thrilled with getting their car repaired? I can truly say I am thrilled with Newport Auto Center. My check engine light was on and after trying to get an appointment with other centers I was frustrated that no one could look at my car for at least a week. I found this center online and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I expected a call saying It was impossible or a mistake. What I did get was a pleasant email from Mike, the owner, saying he looked forward to seeing me. I decided to use the night drop box and hope for the best. Mike emailed me back the next day and kept me informed of what was going on. He called me when my car was done; to my pleasant surprise everything was done correctly through the warranty company. I picked up my car and the gentleman that I spoke to at the counter was friendly and pointed out where my car was. Seriously? This is the way customer service is suppose to be!! Well done, gentleman. Thank you for an easy, satisfying experience.
