There was a Hispanic female that gave me a nasty attitude and All I was asking her was a simple question and she raised her voice at me it happened around 11:55am I had wanted a t shirt I didn't give her any attitude at all I was Polite with her she wasn't polite with me

“Manager” that’s what it said on her name tag exhibited no concern for my situation and poor leadership with her employees. I was very stressed and late for my flight. I went to one register to make a purchase, I was asked to go around to the other side. No problem. I then went to the register I paid at previously to make a second purchase. The cashier was stocking shelves and now only the manager was there. She was lazily and slowly labeling water bottles. I told her I was late and needed to check out. Without even looking at me she casually said I had to use the self checkout on the other side. In my rush I couldn’t get the self checkout to work. I asked if she could check me out. She said no and exhibited no concern. I then went back around to the register I was at first at and she refused to check me out. She even heard my wife call from the gate and I had to tell her I was having trouble checking out. That’s what it took for the manager to care. She then yelled across the store to the employee that was busily stocking shelves and made her come check me out. A true leader and manager takes care of a customer and does a job below her job description in a pinch. She wouldn’t make eye contact with me and I practically had to beg her to so much as acknowledge me. Her entitled and lazy attitude was shocking!

I was racially profiled when i arrived to the store and when I left. I was accused of stealing jelly beans at the store by an employee named Olaca. I was very uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of the whole store. Note to all people of color please be cautious when arriving to this store.

I felt extremely disrespected in this store. Followed around like I was going to steel. White man came in, he was spoken to and asked if he needed help. Asked for manager name and number and she didn't know it.

This store is definitely the best store in Terminal C if you are looking for a few souvenirs. The prices are pretty reasonable. There is plenty to shop for in here. Would definitely recommend coming here. Why not it’s about 10 steps after you get through security.
