Nice friendly people who go above & beyond what's necessary to make sure you get the books you want to read. Love my library.

Nice library, nice staff but will be nice when do not have to wear masks. The computers are down today so could not become member of the library. I need to go to Jasper County Museum to get more history information on Newton.

It's been years since I've been there & I was totally impressed. Made me want to renew my library card & start going there again. Employee was very helpful with my need to use the computer & printer for a very important document.

Thank you Emily. People all over Iowa are out of their homes and I’m working to get them back in there. I appreciate that the library is empty and I may sit at a secluded table and work. I appreciate that you saw fit to come ask me to leave, enforcing a completely asinine “1 hr limit” policy “due to Covid”. Not one person entered that wing of the library during my work session. Remarkable. It’s likely that you caused a family to be displaced for an extra day. The complete disregard for common sense and understanding is impressive.

It's a great place to go have conference meetings and to use the computer for information that you need to look up

It would be awesome if you could have a drive up drop box . Altoona does, and it sure helps us elderly. We wouldnt endanger ourselves in winter slipping on ice, and it would just be easier to return books.

Nice little library with all the modern digital and tech updates. Best part: allow food bank donations for past due fines!

A great place to find a good read. Love the escape rooms they have started doing. It is a great way to get the community active and they are so clever and fun! I also love the online library!

Top notch library with a very helpful staff. I regularly suggest ordering a newly published book after hearing a review of it on the radio and it's always ordered. The advantage is that I am the first one to read it when it's ready to loan. I use the request page online.
