The internet speed is good, the customer service is a dumpster fire.

The installation for the Internet was good, installer fix a problem ,work hard and we get a service. I just confusion with a story why NewWave cannot install TV service? customer service told because the installer cannot come to house, not make sense to me if your internet installer can???

I sure wished I would of looked at the reviews before I had new wave installed in my home I've had it 2 months and my bill went from $55.50 to $95.50 the second month I was told I went over my data and all i do is watch TV with the internet

Internet went out mid day today called several different times and several different numbers and no one answers the phone. Just yesterday day though we called to talked to someone and they answered. I guess they must get to choose when to do their job and when not to.

Prices go up quite often. We are now at $166 a month because it just went up $15. I called and was told it would be going up $20 more soon once I lose my “loyal customer” discount. They are trying to put everyone on the same amount.

Worse company I've ever dealt with. I can't wait until CTI puts you out of business, it's only a matter of time.

I have been a New Wave customer for years and have always had wonderful service!
