Best spot to fix this guy when it breaks down : Next level auto has incredible customer service and they are very organized, I’m finally done with shops who say one thing and do another. Next level always met timelines and work incredibly fast, all of my repairs and maintenances are done the same day within few hours! Wow! They charge good money but for a very good service, this is top value!!! Next level auto is definitely a master in customer service and mechanics anywhere around this area!

My family has been bringing their cars here for years, and we'll keep doing it for as long as they're open even though we live almost 2 hours away. You won't find better. Very impressed with the service from Mike and the team. Bought a European used car, that broke down due to overheating issues on the second day after purchase. Mike and the team ran diagnostics and fixed the car in a professional and methodical manner. Pricing was very transparent and reasonable. They test-drove the car after the repairs to ensure everything worked well prior to handing the keys back to me. Awesome Shop, Awesome Service.  I meant to leave a review for a previous job they did but I forgot.  This shop is extremely professional, the auto technicians are fantastic and went beyond fixing my vehicles but actually took the time to explain the problems each of my vehicles had and what I can do to prevent future issues. Particularly the Auto Technician named “Mike” who seems very passionate about his job.  The shop is also very clean, and I had no worries of leaving several of my more expensive vehicles over night/several days at their shop. You repair is not done. But you took money as a hungry man. Too bad. The problems started from the beginning when I asked to do an estimate of fixing my car. They spent two weeks: no full estimate, no correct repair and just everything time new proposition about we can order that after that. So, manager who organized the process have messed all stuff. Andrew, the owner, did know what happened in his shop. After two weeks I got “some kind of repair” with four holes and big gap. You can see that on the pictures with new black bumper. That is it

Love the workers very kind, thoughtful and welcoming! Love that they explain everything clearly especially because i don’t understand anything about cars  and overall experience is very pleasant. Professional, clean shop with very fair prices. Got me in fast to get my oil changed, did a great job and I was out of the shop in no time. Highly recommend it!
