My favorite place to rent cars, much easier process than other places

Very nice, very helpful. Saved me when I had a big move and needed a van. A little more expensive than others on-line, but they had what I needed.

After I was on hold for 30 minutes they just hang up the phone. Dont even bother calling them . Waste of time .

The service at the Overlea branch is good but for the wait both at pick up and drop off. Rented a medium size suv and got a rav4 hybrid; great car.

Great prices quick way to rent a car

Pretty good except they took extra money out of my card and supposed to reimburse me by Friday. I hope so. Otherwise my interacting with Next Car was great
