Nexus Luxury Apartments

I stayed here for more than 2 years. Had to relocate because of new job in Philly and I'm really sad I have to move out. Just never going to find as best, clean and spacious apartments, love the amenities! If I ever come back to Virginia Beach, it is going to Nexus without any doubt!

Trash is often left in halls even though it is collected FIVE days a week. Maintenance crew is nice, front office less so. Book keeping of accounts/rents utilities is poor.

My one year experience has been great here at Nexus. Nadean has been very helpful from day one. The building is always nice and clean and I am grateful I do not have to take out my own trash : I look forward to my stay here.

Since moving in I have absolutely loved it! Nadean and the leasing office are so incredible and will do anything to help you out. They even put the packages outside of my door inside my apartment while I was out of the state. They truly go above and beyond and I could not ask to live in a more lovely apartment building!

We lived at nexus for 13 months and loved it! Packages are never lost because they sign them in when they get them. Friendly staff. Nadean is amazing to work with! She’s been there since the beginning!
