If you're celebrating a birthday, COME HERE. While eating dinner here on 2/19/2022, an 18 year old was having a birthday dinner here and the owners plated up a dessert that they brought and then started a birthday song on their sound system. I've never actually seen an entire restaurant voluntarily join in to celebrating a stranger's birthday. It was really fun. I had the L1 pho and my husband had the L12 pork chop and it was a nice meal in Manhattan Chinatown.
Good fresh foods but not expensive, fast services, friendly & helpful staffs, clean environment. A place to visit for Vietnamese foods when visiting New York. We would definitely come back again with our next cisit.
Very authentic Vietnamese food. We ordered 2 noodle. Both of them tasted super good, the grilled pork was juicy and not dry at all. We also ordered some fish ball and beef ball, they were good.
We wanted to go to this restaurant for their “bun bo hue,” just to find out that they no longer serve this dish. Kind of disappointed, but we decided to give it another chance. : We ordered the classic Vietnamese dish, “Com tam suon bi cha.” The dish was good and tasty. We would recommend it. We also ordered “beef cubes.” The taste was very authentic and they put in a generous amount of salad and pickled carrot. ‍: the staff is very friendly Good point: take credit card and no extra fee
The food here was quite bland. The pho didn’t have a lot of flavor. I had to add a lot of hot sauce and hoisin sauce to make more enjoyable. For the stir fried vegetable dish, it was disappointing because the only flavor I tasted was sweet which seemed odd and again I had to add a lot of hot sauce to make it eatable. But the service was good and that is the reason why I am giving it a three star rating.
Good and fast service, tasty food, big portion. The tea with condensed milk is always a good pick. The pho is simply delicious the prices are quite affordable so with <20 usd you'll have a good meal
Was told to come here by a friend. I am glad that I did. I had a short time for lunch and they delivered the goods. I enjoyed an everything Pho that was absolutely delicious and astonishingly quick from the kitchen. In a lunch break rush this is a go to place. I plan on enjoying some of the other items on their menu. Thank you.
Delicious food ! The staff are nice, I LOVE the black tea lychee drink, it was so refreshing on a hot day. The rice dish with tofu, broccoli and mushrooms was very flavorful and the veggies were perfectly done, nicely crunchy and the sauce was so yummy
Food was really good, I had a dish with 3 different types of meats and enjoyed it! The Vietnamese ice coffee was delicious and strong!Food: 4/5
An absolute authentic GEM for Vietnamese food! I'm half Vietnamese and if I had to choose one dish/meal for the rest of my life it would be Phở Đặc Biệt! I would bathe in their phở broth if it weren't for societal mores. Slices of tender brisket, omasum tripe and melt on your tongue glistening tendon. If you're a fan of the rare beef it's best to ask for it on the side where they'll diver the super thin raw slices laid out individually on a plate. This ensures a perfect super tender cook. Nha Trang is located on the south central coast of Vietnam so don't expect the northern Hànội phở. Another favorite of mine that be bussin is Bò Kho, the traditional beef stew with beautiful substantial chunks of tender stew beef and carrots with the lingering essence of a phở broth. Bò Kho is typically comes with a nice crispy baguette that isn't hard enough to cut you hard palette! with a fresh warm fluffy center think bánh mì if you were to order one from Bánh Mì Saigon at 198 Grand St!!. However, I prefer mine with phở noodles so I order Phở Bò Kho, which isn't on the menu. Other greats are: Bánh cuốn chả lụa Bốn mùa cuốn bánh tráng listed under appetizers as "Combination Basically this is a combination meat with rice noodles on a plate served with rice paper and all the accouterments for hand rolling your own summer rolls. Cà phê sữa đá Both the egg rolls Chả giò and the spring rolls Gỏi cuốn. I know the menu lists them as spring rolls and summer rolls but we grew up calling them egg rolls and spring rolls. Hủ Tiếu Nam Vang And you can never go wrong with the rice and noodle bowls!! We try to have our holiday meals as often as possible. This is our go-to authentic viet restaurant.
