Crummy service. No parts

I bought a new boat from Nichols Marine in Norman and I have been very pleased with my boat and dealing with Jordan. I think he is very knowledgeable about his business and I am very appreciative of his professionalism.

Steve Ridenour is a horrible representative of Nichols Marine. He is rude, condescending and unprofessional. It's time for that angry old man to retire and be replaced by someone that knows and applies basic people skills.

Had a terrible experience with the service manager and owner of Norris Marine. Called up here to see if they could help me, showed up, and they went above and beyond. They took care of me on a wake shaper when Norris wouldn't. I would highly reccomend this place to anyone with any type of boat. Will be buying my next one here too!
