I didn't have the food there so I can't give it a ranking, but this place is really cool, low key, with a laid back vibe. Bartender was quick and friendly, they get some really good musicians to play here. It's a cash only bar so some people might not like that but they have a ATM, cash bars don't bother me. It's a cool, chill spot, where you can just vibe and listen to some cool music.
Most fun I had in a long time. Danced like nobody was watching with live musicService: 5/5
We are from out of town and wanted the "local" experience. The bartender was great and he gave us so much insider info about the city and where to go. The regulars were super, the food was simple yet delicious and the live music was a fun bonus!! Definitely get some local beer and the stuffies!!Food: 5/5
For several decades a low key, fun bar to catch friends performing at. Probably stop by a half dozen times a year. Recent photos with Dr Bruce Watson and friends.

Fun, low key bar. Good entertainment schedule. Has some off street parking. One busy pool table. Has food available, but did not order anything.
Best kept secret in Providence. I hope that place never changes, it's perfect. Live music for free almost every night. Great staff, great crowd, great food.
Nick-A-Nees has always been one of my favorite music venues. They attract a diverse and interesting clientele. And they allow dogs. The outdoor live music event last night was ridiculously good. It was good to be home.
The Celtic rockabilly band on St. Patrick’s day was great!
Great spot for drinks, music and people.Service: 5/5
