Nick's Pizza & Sports Bar

I have never been to a place with this horrible of service and I have never written a review before about a place I didn't care about. But this place has astounded me tonight. We had one waitress helping us and she brought us our appetizer and pizza. But I'm guessing she left because after that, we literally had no one help us or ask us if we wanted refills/check/To go box. There was a couple sitting right next to us, the gentleman that works there helped them no problem. Didn't even look at us or anything. The food is great! I get their pizza through my work sometimes and I really like it! But oh my Lord that service was unbelievable. We waited about 40 minutes for our check (I'm usually a VERY patient person) I finally said screw it and went up to the counter for a box and check. Didn't say anything about us sitting there. He was short, and not polite at all. The other female that was working also didn't help us. She was too busy flirting with guys at the bar. I'm really bummed that I chose this place for dinner. I won't be coming back to dine in.

This location appears to have changed at least management recently and that change is noticeable and exciting. My party and I received great service, good food, and enjoyed the seemingly brighter and more upbeat attitude and ambience of the venue. This easily won back my loyalty and I will return. Hats off to the new crew and I hope the prior management burns in a fiery car crash for trying to run the place into the ground. Edit 3/2018 I have returned several times and the food and drinks are consistently good. I like the recently simplified menus a lot, the old ones had too much a 90's feel. I will admit it seems that the cheese on the French Dip sammich has been changed which kinda stinks but I'm a regular because I like the place a lot. Definitely recommended.

They are extremely nice to me. Their nachos are huge order. Really good. Beer is ice cold. Sat and sun happy hour 11 to 7..you need to visit. They are on top of waiting on you in a proficient time. Love this place.

Complete lack of customer service with this company. We placed an order the night before for delivery the next day at 11:30am. When no one showed up by 11:40am we called to check on our order. They said they weren't opening until 2pm because they had no drivers. No phone call or anything to tell us our order wouldn't be ready! We've ordered from them for years for our various company lunches throughout the years (before when it was Tom's) but not any more. Completely disgusted with the treatment and poor management from this company. Thankfully Abby's Pizza came to our rescue! They know how to treat their customers for sure!

I have been going to this place off and on for years. The place recently switched ownership and changed the name of the joint to Nick's (formerly Tom's). I was pleased to see that even with the change in ownership, they kept their menu and staff intact. Their hot wings are delicious.
