This location came up on the Penn DMV website, it was the closest to my home but they had just one review. I was a bit hesitant because of this but decided to give them a try. I called only two locations and the price to register an "Out of state" vehicle was practically the same. Good! I walk in and the woman at the desk quickly and kindly helped me. The office and staff was clean and professional. The whole process took maybe 10minutes. They do accept Credit cards which I was pleased with and at the end I walked out with my plates, registration and good feelings. I even met a mechanic on the way out that said he could help me with the vehicle inspection. Recommended! Thanks!!

Customer service is horrible. To the door and I was told to get my mask., so, I did as she asked. And then walk back over from my car to the front door, by then she had walk to the back. So I knocked on the door, before ringing the bell. She then look up at me for putting her head back down. Minutes later, an older guy walked over to the door and said, how may I help you? I then pointed to my face mask before he open the door. When I entered, I then ask would they like to render services. The older guy standing in front of me, then reflected by saying do you want services. I responded by saying you guys are the one’s that walked away from the door. He then said and is that a big deal. Before asking me do I have any vehicle information? I responded by asking him what he would, he then stated my vin number will be fine. Him that and my license plate he then said it was suspended. I made it very clear to him that it was not suspended that they send me a farm saying it wasn’t suspend. Before he made a couple statements, ignorant statement and dad saying that jersey Macgomery county in Philadelphia or 2 to 3 different places, and they would not know. Because I made it very clear to him that I just came from Montgomery county.
