The first location was in Crossroads plaza in Salt Lake City, UT and that location moved to Bountiful in 1989. Current locations include: Bountiful, UT, South Jordan, UT, Holladay, UT, Layton, UT, St. George, UT, Las Vegas, NV, and Rexburg, ID.
