Night and Day Taxi and Transportation Services

Called the day before for a 6am pick up. No one showed. Have now called 12 times, no answer. Wish they had just told me no.

Do yourself a favor and never use American Cab Co or Night and Day... two VERY POOR cab companies.... ( owned by the same husband and wife... ) They have NO respect for thier clientele... they rarely pick you up on time... their vehicles are not as new and clean as the competition and many of the drivers are personality deficient... the drivers do not help handicap people in anyway or form... They see you struggling with your walker and they will just sit in the drivers seat with not a care in the world... or be talking on their cell phone with their girlfriend about what they're going to do when They get off duty...?The exact same ride one day is $18 another day the same exact ride is $24.50... One time I called them for a ride... I stood outside for two hours freezing... ( as the evening came and the sun went down it had gotten colder...) and the cab NEVER showed up...after the time passed when the cab driver had told me he would be there... I called... and for both companies... and for both phone numbers.. I got answering machine's... and of course all the voicemails were full... and one machine was set up with a message that if you got a certain number to call another number... when you called the other number no one picked up that phone either...I dialed continuously every 20 minutes for well over an hour and a half... ( no one ever.. even had the decency to pick up the phone..., when it was a day and time that they themselves show they operate... and their website had showed them available... They have one good driver and his name is John... John you need to go work for checker cab... that is where you belong... This past summer they were observed frequently overloading their cabs with young people who work at the summer camps as counselors... transporting them to the airport... they had to be worned by the Henderson County police to stop the practice of over loading there taxis... One evening... I was shocked that the driver had a conversation with me (and he had to of been 50 years old)... about the young girls that work at the summer camps and he spoke of their cleavage and other nice parts of their body... and it went on from there... and I happen to know that many of these girls are barely 18 years old... TRUELY WE DESERVE BETTER SERVICE and RESPECT then this...

...called several times for ride today to get food....and the recording said closed due to bad weather...but seen cab when I finally got a cab...riding with the cab light on....so what’s up with that....have called early in morning for a ride to work...guy named JOE said he was close to me and that he would be here in 5 minutes....and never showed....suppose to be 24hours right.....that’s false advertisement....get very disappointed with Henderson county cab companies...😒😠😡
