I have been going to Liz for several months, and each time I'm amazed at how much I learn about my own body, and how much better I feel over time especially has helped me with wrist pain, and digestion. Liz has a truly special gift, and has such a unique, knowledgeable, calming, and relaxing approach. She is a true healer, and I love that she offers guided visualizations as part of the acupuncture - it makes me feel both cared for, and gives me a deeper connection to the acupuncture itself. And the environment Liz creates is incredibly calm and restorative. I HIGHLY recommend Night Sky Acupuncture!

I’ve seen Liz for years for a wide variety of issues and she never fails to help bring me back into balance. She stays with you for the whole session, providing brilliant visualizations, gentle acupressure and a lovely, nurturing presence. She is also an amazing writer and visual artist. Her sensitivity and creativity are abundant. There’s just no one else like her.

I had a wonderful first appointment with Liz to help me navigate some stress that I was feeling in my body.  The session was much more than a traditional acupuncture: I felt like Liz took a healthy amount of time to get to know me, my life experiences, and seemed to aim to have a deeper understanding of what was causing the underlying tension in my body.  The conversation ended up influencing not only the acupuncture itself through specific choices that Liz gave me, but also through some guided meditation that I found to create a more whole experience.  I've experienced acupuncture in a variety of settings and am confident that Liz's practice is the most aligned with a wholistic care that I'm excited to revisit again and again.

Liz is a gifted and intuitive healer!  I've been seeing Liz on and off over the past several years and I always leave her office feeling refreshed.  I recently had a bout of severe calcific tendonitis that the doctor said would take months to heal.  With help from Liz, I was pain free within a couple of weeks!  Her guided visualizations are a beautiful way to relax and engage the whole body in the healing. I especially love that she stays near during the entire session.  I've had sessions from others where I've been left alone in a room for a long time while they tended other patients, I always feel cared for and attended to with Liz, she's awesome!

I have Trigeminal Neuralgia, any body who has this condition knows what excruciating pain it causes. I have never tried acupuncture before but Liz was recommended to me, so I thought it couldn't hurt to try. I am so grateful I did. After only one visit with Liz my pain is gone. I am able to talk, smile, and eat. Liz is very soft spoken and gentle, she asks you questions before you begin so she will know exactly what needs to be addressed and how to best achieve the outcome you are seeking. I highly recommend her.

I had my first session with Liz recently and it was wonderful! I came in seeking relaxation and some relief from chronic neck/shoulder pain. I have been feeling much better since, and will be seeing Liz regularly for acupuncture. The studio space is very comfortable, creative and inspiring. Liz adheres to Covid safety protocols and I felt very safe in her care. So glad I found her!

Liz is one of those magic people, the kind of healer we are lucky to find once or twice in our lives. When I came to see her for the first time, I was sicker than I had ever been. I'd been to four other healthcare providers and nothing had helped. After a single session with Liz, I saw marked improvement. Now that I see her every month, I feel stronger and more vital than I have in a very long time.  Because her remarkable talent is always guided by a strong intuition, every session is different and collaborative. If you're like me and sometimes don't want acupuncture needles, she has so many other modalities to offer, including acupressure, visualization, and gentle bodywork. I would recommend her to everyone and I have.

I have been enjoying receiving acupuncture from Liz every month for over a year and I can't recommend her enough. She really listens and is in the room with clients for the entire 50 minutes, even providing guided meditations. I had hip surgery and Liz has helped a lot with the recovery process. A couple of months ago my pelvis was out of alignment. I went to a physical therapist, massage therapist, and my doctor and they didn't help. Liz was able to get it back in place through a few moments of gentle acupressure and well-placed needles. I haven't had a problem with it since.

Not only is Liz a genuine and caring person, she is also an excellent practitioner. I have been a client of Liz’s for nearly two years now and she has helped me significantly with both physical and emotional ailments.  She takes the time to listen to how you are feeling, what hurts and what’s happening on any given day. She will then tailor her technique and approach to best address what you told her.  I recommend Liz to anyone in the PDX metro area looking for an acupuncture practitioner.

Just...WOW. I can't describe how impactful acupuncture with Liz was. Not even trying to be dramatic. I felt healing happening physically as well as mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I left a totally different person.  Now I know where to send everyone for acupuncture - to Liz at Night Sky Acupuncture!!
