Nike Factory Store

Good evening to all; me and my husband visited this store last week on Thursday. Everyone that worked on that afternoon were awesome. We were greeted as soon as we arrived at the store. More than one person asked me if I needed assistance. The cashier Bre was very personable. I would most definitely shop there again.

Great place! They have all sorts of shoes, hoodies, pants, and all the usual clothing items. The shoe selection was spectacular. I will say it is a tab bit expensive but hey it’s name brand and your shopping at a Nike store. So I think the pricing is fair. The staff members I encountered were all very nice. I had such a great experience at this store today! The staff were super friendly and helpful and I got a GREAT deal on a new pair of shoes! This pair was marked down from $60.00 to $24.97 then, they were an extra 30% off and I signed up for the rewards program which was super easy, and got an extra 10% off and I got a military discount and got another 10% off! I got these shoes for $14.99!!! I’m so happy with my purchase and I will definitely be coming back soon!

For an outlet, I was surprised at how high the prices are in this Nike store. I came to return a pair of sneakers that didn't fit my son comfortably. It was an online order and the Nike app told me where I could return them and provided a barcode for the return. Even though the line was long, it moved quickly. The customer service was excellent. Cashiers all provided quick and knowledgeable service. The 4 rating is only because of the price of the merchandise.

Great shoe options here for way less than most places. Be careful of the clearance section. They actual mark down the price from original prices and give you 20% off…however, a lot of times you can just get a shoe from the general rack that is cheaper and a newer model shoe. Not always but sometimes. I always check clearance first to see if there’s a really good deal on something. $69 for KD bball shoes. And $49 for Kyrie for my son.

Was worth the wait in line. Wait was roughly 15mins. inside wasn't crowded, the limit the customers inside for social distancing.

Clean, stocked friendly store. There is a team member at Nike named Jessica, she was wonderful and helped me and my family so much!

Service was missing in action, took long time to get a door open to try one piece. Store very organized and clean

The line was short today! Everyone was super helpful as usual. I received a 10%off coupon for being a Nike App member while at the store. Couldn't let that go to waste.
