I got everything I wanted. Was there to buy a spare pair of running shoes. I don’t need the newest model, glad I managed to grab some great deal and on top of the sale, member gets additional 15% discount on selected items which I had for my running cap and training shirt. Waited for a bit coz they didn’t have the fitting room keys…
I came here to do an exchange. The cashier with tattoos on her hands and wears glasses had the biggest attitude. Refunded instead of doing and exchange and just walked off. This place is so bad they lock the doors. I hope they close this location. Absolute worse. Stay away!!!
The shoe selection here is more like a thrift store or left over wholesale outlet. Shoes no one really wants. Decent clothing selection. Not much new arrivals. No good SB’s and no dunks. The hood it’s in is pretty ratchet. There was a brawl there at the checkout counter the one time we visited. Yikes
They claim they open at 10am. Everytime I come to this location it's always 10:05 or :07. What made this particular experience annoying is when I noticed the employees hanging out for a smoke break while the customers were waiting for it to open. Whatever happened to punctuality!
I have been trying to return 1 item, two days in a row at this location. Both days the store for what ever reason it was closed. Today there happen to be a sign, which clearly should have been on the door yesterday or at least the hours updated on google. Parking is horrible as it is… especially spending 20 minutes looking for parking to then walk blocks just to find out that they are not open till 6….unacceptable!!!!!
The other day, I decided to go to this Nike location while I had some downtime from schoolwork. Upon entering, I immediately began to receive stares and rude looks as if to suggest I was stealing. However, the looks were also the result of something that I have dealt with since my military service: facial abnormalities due to injuries sustained while serving in the United States Army. Unfortunately, it has changed my facial features and aesthetics, making me a target of constant bullying, stares, mocking, and other forms of mistreatment. When I was trying on some shoes, a security guard emerged from a door near the back of the store and started looking me up and down. This made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. The cashiers also could have been more professional. When it came time for me to check out, instead of calling me to the register, the cashier in the middle informed me that one of the two other cashiers would assist me, and then she just walked away. She did not appear to be in a hurry to do anything constructive; she just went to the other cashier and began a brief conversation. I will not be returning to this location, ever again. Enough is enough of being mistreated and made to feel less than whenever I go into an establishment to spend money. The only way I've always dealt with these indignations is to never return again, which I most certainly will not.
The Nike Factory was OK clean,a big selection but no one asked if I needed help, and I was looking around for at less a hour before I seen something I like and the price was reasonable I will go back there Instead of all the way to the mall.
You can find great deals for the most part. But as In for bigger sizes like 3xl and up they don't have much options.
Just got to the store and security guard stated that store normally closes at 6pm but "just for today we close at 5" drove from NY to NJ to shop but left very upset
I found this store to have a lot more than surrounding factory stores! Good service too.
