Nike Factory Store

This store stays packed with customers. The best times to visit would be early morning or Sunday afternoon. Finding a diamond in the rough is possible but don’t hesitate to buy or the shoe may go fast. The prices are fair. Dont look for the staff to he super friendly. They are getting you in and out. Keep your eyes open for good deals too. @KDnJoJoShow

I had not been in the Nike Outlet since pre pandemic. In addition Adidas Outlet consistently had better value. I went today because I had a gift card. My items rang up to $32.00 even which I found to be odd. What happened was the cashier supposedly rounded up my items to the nearest dollar in error. She apologized and said she could refund me the amount. I said no it is OK. I asked her what was the charity she stated that she didn't know something sports related. Like wow really? Nike needs to do a better job hiring and training employees. I will continue shopping with the 3 stripe store.

Ok selection, if u want the best deals buy online and returns in store are easy enough.

The prices are fantastic if you want Nike quality on a budget. It's very rare that they'll do returns, so just be ready for that when you head in! It's mostly final sales due to being a clearance store makes sense, but you'd be surprised how many people ignore the cashiers saying all sales final. It's a big spot with a ton of shoes and clothes for you to buy. Check them out!

Pretty decent selection, however there are no real deals to be found here. I think outlet pricing have by and large gone by the wayside. Also, there needs to be more staff available for assistance. Waiting for help here can be an ordeal on its own accord. If planning to visit, I would suggest going early. Like when they open early. If not, you could find yourself waiting for assistance and waiting in line longer than you anticipate.

Had a good experience shopping here, team members were very helpful. Store was very clean despite being busy, items were easy to find due to store being organized. Line was long but it was busy in store, line did move quickly.

One of my favorite places to go when in charlotte it’s called clearance for a reason got my first Jordan’s here for 35$ there is only two Nike clearance places that Exist so do yourself a favor and check it out Nike sweat pants for 15 can’t beat it..

Return shoes on sale, bad quality, bad reviews on line about shoes on sale. You will take your time looking your shoes until the cashier say “you have the wrong box”. The have a fun time while the customer are waiting.

Horror. I bought shoes for my child, the size was wrong. No one even said that it can not be exchanged or returned. Why do so many employees work if they can't speak? Threw money in the trash

I love this store . Best place to buy good quality shoes and clothes and the staff is very helpful and kind.
