It is a great environment, very cute. Great place to meet girlfriends. Awesome cakes.  I mean their ribbon cake is to die for. You have got to try it! The food is overpriced in my thought for what is offered.   But what kills me is their service.  The last two times I have been the waitress was rude.  It just kills an experience. Another bad service experience we had there was we had 30 minutes to spare to pick up our birthday cake, and they sold it it.  Their excuse was they figured we were not coming.  Ever heard of a phone? I hear the owner is so nice and just has a heart of gold as well as her daughter,  but for some reason the people I have experienced there left me in wanting.

This placed saved my wedding!!!!  After our wedding cake was ruined my husband heard about this place, so we went by there on the off chance that they had a cake on hand and boy did they deliver....  They made my wedding cake last minute and it was so beautiful.  It was the best Ribbon cake I have ever had.  They were super friendly and so nice.  Thank you Raspberries and Creme for saving the day.  I couldn't thank you enough and my husband and I will be back for a small cake every year on our anniversary.

An amazing place to enjoy rich and delicious foods with friends. A truly beautiful and unique interior staffed by beautiful and unique people, this place has always been a joy to experience.  If you're lucky and in the right season, they might have the Berry Shortbread for dessert...literally the best desert I've ever had.

I was with some people who had been there before and in spite of a bad experience were giving it a second chance.  The service was horrendous and when my $12 sandwich appeared it was half the size I expected and less than average tasting.  Their signature ribbon cake was dry and unappealing.  Never going back.

I ordered a specific cake for my sisters birthday, I picked it up and later that night we cut the cake and it's a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT flavor of cake than I had requested. I called the store the next day and let them know, I clearly told them I just wanted to advise them so they wouldnt make that mistake with anyone else's order, the associate that answered stated it was a Saturday so they were busy and that she would give me a call back later. Here we are a couple days later and I still haven't received a call at least to apologize for their mistake.

Took twenty five minutes to get two sandwiches.  Old corn chips as side. So so. The ribbon cake had a tiny layer of chocolate cake and it wasn't fresh whipped cream it was cool whip. Bah.....

Cute and charming but.... Sandwiches soggy and desert very dry and unremarkable.  For a high end boutique cafe I expect better than fake cheese slices.  Use real ingredients plz!  Sorry Nikkallettes but not so good. :-

I tried to pick up a order a while ago. I got to the place about 15 minutes after placing the order on the phone and paid along with a 20 dollar tip. I sat down and waited for what turned into 40 minutes before a manager noticed me still waiting and asked his staff why I was still waiting. They responded by saying they didn't know what I was waiting for. The manager said my order was lost and asked if I could remember what I ordered. I should have demand my tip back or really it should have been returned.

I love looking at the beautiful cakes on display! Brunch is delicious and service was great.
