I hadn't been to a Ninfa's in years so decided to eat here on a shopping trip with 4 tweens. The food took almost 45 minutes on a Saturday at 3pm. The food quality was even worse! I ordered spinach enchiladas and they tasted like spinach out of a can. No flavor. Just bland and eww. The shrimp dish wasn't yum either but decent. Disappointed because I used to love ninfa's.
Service was not the best, but not horrible. A little awkward. The food definitely could have been better, the ranchero sauce tasted like it came from a can. We did get the Crab Cake for an appetizer, and it was $24. For ONE crab cake! I expected it to be one of the best I've ever eaten at that price point, but ended up finding shell in the very average tasting crab cake, surrounded by enchilada sauce. I don't think I'll be back.
Do not eat here! Service is not good, and food is terrible the beef taste like soggy wet cat food
Food was average for the pricing. The service was abysmal. Our server treated us in a near-hostile tone the entire meal. Can't recommend eating here, unless you want a side of grief with your entree.
I've eaten at Ninfa's for decades.. I miss the old family restaurants, but this is a shame for what they have become and what has been lost. The service was slow, inattentive, and almost uncooperative. The food was NOT what it used to be at any other Ninfa's. The preparation has changed so much and it's not good. The margaritas we ordered top shelf, rocks were decent but WAY over priced. For what we go vs what we paid, the value is horrible. I suppose they have a bunch of rent to pay in this location and their clientele don't really care. The Original is also not what it used to be. We will try other locations and see how they fare, but we won't be going back to this one and it's based on food quality / satisfaction and the cost.
Not what it once was. I have been going here fairly regularly for over a year now. The quality of food is getting worse. They have shrunk the menu for a second time with in a year. Portions are a bit smaller too. At this point I don't want to go back any more and I have been there about 10 times. It used to be good, but now it is not worth it. Also they will not server certain types of people.
Good food and service. Love their chips and green sauce. THEY HAVE MOVED. They are no longer in the main food court. They are now just outside Nordstrom.
Would not recommend. Definitely find another restaurant l. I should have known when no one was in the restaurant at lunch time. The queso dip was a very bad version of velveeta melted cheese. The taco meat was soggy horrible tasting. We didn't take but a couple bites of each and got the check. So don't waste your money!
Food was amazing! Service could have been better. Our server was lovely but there were issues on our bill - we were not charged for some items and we were charged for items we did not order which we did not notice until arriving at home. I ordered the skirt steak fajitas which were delicious and I would recommend. I would have given five stars for the food but only four stars because of issues with billing, timing of drinks and one dish not meeting expectations
This was the absolute worst Mexican food I've ever had in my life. Granted, if they didn't carry the name "Ninfa's", I would have probably not been surprised, let it be a bad experience, and not returned. However, because it carries the name "Ninfa's" and because I've been to the original Ninfa's, I am writing this review to let others know to not - if you value a good dining experience - eat here. It is a waste of time and money. Just don't do it. Go try one of the many other places at the mall, they are bound to be better than this place. It's only saving grace was that the waiter was very kind and knowledgeable. I want my money back - it was that bad.
