Nino Properties has did it again; I'm not sure how others keep up. As a Leasing Agent at the luxury apartments of 2900 West Dallas, we see a vast amount of realtors; none however show the attentiveness that I've seen from the Nino representatives. Use them to help you find your next home. They will listen to want you want and more importantly, get you want you want. Keep being awesome guys!

We have had the pleasure of working with Nino Properties several times and they are wonderful. Their personnel are professional and responsive. I always recommend them to anyone looking for corporate housing.

These people definitely lied about a particular property they were selling that we were interested in buying. It was listed as "turn key" you can google the definition. After we paid for the house inspection it was anything but "turn key". For starters there was a leak behind the wall of the master bathroom shower that was bad enough to begin to flood the bathroom floor. Which is probably why they dragged their feet to have the utilities turned on for our inspection. There were more issues. Needless to say we backed out. I wouldn't do business with them. They are in the business of lying.

Everyone is always so nice and professional, easy to work with, and really make sure they give their client the best experience while looking for their new home! I was preparing to relocate from another state, and was not able to come to Houston to look for apartments. Sonia from Nino Properties was exceptionally kind and accommodating. She created a list of potential rental properties that were in my budget and fulfilled my preferences. She offered to tour the properties that I was interested in. She Facetimed me so that I could see the properties as well. Sonia went above and beyond!

Nino has been a life saver for us. We had to relocate to the Houston area from Soddy Daisy,TN, a suburb of Chattanooga, about 850 miles away. We had to move to be put on the list for a lung transplant for our daughter. The hospital gave us many services and places to possibly stay/live. It felt like we were in a whirl wind and our lives just got turned upside down. Loads of decisions and many things to do within a 3 week period. I called Nino after talking with several other companies about lodging and they just took a huge load off. I gave them our housing needs and we were in contact a few times before arriving. We arrived in Houston on a Sunday morning and a company specialist met us at our hotel lobby on Monday to show us some possible living places. They nailed it on the head! We found exactly what we wanted that very day and met at their office the next to sign our contract. We have a home in Tennessee but couldn't bring everything so we brought the things that would make anywhere we lived a home to us. We could have brought nothing except for our clothes and our apartment would have been ready for us to step into and just put them away. We did choose the furniture we needed and that was it. We are very happy with Nino and both me and my husband would give them an extremely high recommendation.
