Don’t get alterations here. Tailored my jeans and the seams are not straight + one leg seems to have been cut in the middle then resown.

I was flying out of the country for a wedding and left my dress with ample time for cleaning. I came back, a day prior to the flight, and it wasn’t cleaned. I told them I had a flight the next day and they said to come back at noon. Given that the cleaning was late and expensive-65$ for a two piece dress with a scarf, I asked for a late delivery refund of $15 dollars. I was shut down with an incredibly rude “I don’t think so”. Needless to say, will not come back or recommend. Incredibly disorganized and rude.

This store seems to run by different groups everyday. Very inefficient and careless, unprofessional service. My coat for dry clean and zipper fix was two days late. And they replaced my old zipper with a complete different looking zipper without consulting with me, it ruined the overall aesthetic of the coat.

They do what they say… eventually. Make sure to follow up frequently bc they will forget to do your job or forget to send out the deliveryman after they say they will.

Really nice people but there have been a couple of times I have doubted they even washed my clothes.

Lost hundreds of dollars of my clothes. They told me to "go back and check", when I did and I returned, the person I was talking to had gone and they changed their story significantly....yeah....

Great services at great prices. They can basically fix any clothes
