last week I order delivery and also this week because I wanted to be fair when giving the review, the shrimp fired rice was over cooked both times!! The rice was stuck to the box like they throw water inside it and reheat it after already having it inside containers for days!! Besides that I give 4 stars because the of friendly way I was treated by the driver and also the lady on the phone taking my order!! 4 stars because I order the sea Food delight and both times it was fresh !! Amazingly hot for 35 to 45 mins!! It’s was so hot I got to finish my episode of Seinfeld and still had to blow my chop sticks cool!! Absolutely loved it!! Egg fu young was fried to perfection!! Garvey was super hot the plastic container it was in had a dip in the top!! I loved it !! Just was upset about the over cooked shrimp fried rice!! 4 stars. For freshness that is so important to make food the same day order and not to recycle it!! Lovely job for that !! But the cook need to double check how long timers are on the food so orders aren’t sent out over cooked !!! I will give another update after I order again from them on new years!!
It might not look like they’re open but they are really, really open. They’re not breathing all in your face. The person taking your order stands to the side. I really appreciated it. Plus the food is great. I got wings and fries, fried noodles, crush and an egg roll for a little under 12 bucks. Used my visa.Recommended dishesEgg Roll, Chicken Wings
Would give them 0 stars if I could. Been coming here since 2011 and today was the worst experience. Ordered combination rice, which is supposed to have shrimp. There was no shrimp in the rice. Called them to let them know of the mistake and nothing was done or offered. Will not be back!Food: 1/5

I just ordered delivery of 2 orders of veggie egg fu Yung, fried rice extra gravy only to receive 6 burnt patties and a disrespectful response from business telling me the food isn't burnt. When I offered to send pics she continued the tell me the food is good, not burnt so no don't send no pic. I used to love their food over others but now I refuse to spend another dime at this establishment or its other locations. Thanks for nothing

It is really time for me to just stop patronizing any restaurants. Customer service is either poor or non-existent. Went to this place and tried to utilize a coupon that clearly states that you receive free crab rangoon or egg roll with purchase over $20... She is arguing that you have to spend $35 in order to receive rangoon. Gotta learn how to make that barbecue sauce so I never have to worry about my grandkid getting the barbecue pork that is one of the four foods on the I will eat list. Prices are different every time you blink as well. Poor customer service, decent food
This food was horrible the shrimp Fried rice with gravy tasted burnt...The shrimp egg foo young was flat as a pancake with nothing but cabbage in it ....and the shrimp egg roll had nothing but cabbage in it...they do not ever have to worry about me coming back. I wondered why the had no customers the whole time I was there..
I've been coming to No 1 Chinese Restaurant since 2015 I love their food. I'm very picky they always steam their veggies perfect for me. I have had a few issues with their sesame chicken but overall I love their bourbon chicken, their lo mean Is delicious and my absolute favorite is the egg Foo young; the gravy is PERFECT. Honestly none of the other Chinese Cuisine Restaurants can compete.
