The nail tech did a really great job. She spent a good deal of time filling my acrylics to get just the right shape which I really appreciated. I only get my nails done by others about once a year because I am so picky about them. This place delivered quality at a reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back!
I was recommended to this salon a few months ago & I am forever thankful!!! The owners and nail techs are very welcoming and friendly, the salon is always very clean and well kept. Prices are very affordable. I get my acrylics done by Winn and he exceeds my expectations every time!!! He is very quick, and has the best attention to detail. THE ONLY PLACE THAT TOUCHES MY NAILS i’ve been coming to 1nails for almost 9 years even before Win & Jessica took over and i have happily been returning for their services. they take care of me. i have *never* left unhappy with a fresh dip manicure set from Win and a shellac pedicure. they have lots of new colors to choose from and are definitely worth the wait- I PROMISE. they are very busy closer to the weekends obviously because i am not the only person who loves getting their nails done here I LOVE 1 NAIL FOREVER
A little miscommunication. I was under the impression had gel extensions. When got there she said they would do it by glueing on a tip then using dip power. I agreed since I already mad eit all the way there. Cost was $52.00. I would suggest not having the male that works there do it. There not not horrible but also not the best. I have been very satisfied with the dip polish. No lifting or chipping and it lasts 3-4 weeks. Prices are a little expensive but you get what you pay for.Service: Dip powder

I got a great first set here, made an appt, was set up front with the owner I think? loved the shape, well done, was ready for this to be my spot….broke a nail that weekend and needed them cut down for an event and it was a total mess coming back to get that done. Walked in, mentioned what I needed, was told to pick a color, was told to sit down at an empty chair. 15 mins later, A gentleman walks in with a lunch order goes to the back, talks to the woman, I’m told now I don’t need a new color, they’ll match what I have in the cutdown. I’m confused bc he starts taking off the color on all of my nails with the dremel. I asked if this means I can use the color I picked , he’s frustrated, more conversation is had and he’s heated for no reason. I’m completely lost as to what’s being relayed. They go back to matching my color from the previous week, he keeps drilling, which still makes no sense, gets frustrated at me asking what’s going on and huffs off to the back. I was done and walked out …good luck dealing with the unprofessionalism here, I’ve definitely never just walked out any salon after 30 mins without a single nail down or any fix.
The first and the second time I went they massage my hands before they did my nails but today I went which was a Sunday maybe it's my best to go on Sundays... I got nothing. ? I don't know what happened this time but all in all is still a great nail shop highly recommend it

Horrible actually, you have to ask them to cut/file your toe nails down. You have to ask them to cut the ingrown nails when all of this is supposed to be included in the pedicure service. When they are getting all the dead skin off your cuticles they cut you until you start bleeding. They also use a grater for your feet when in fact that is not supposed to be used on feet anymore. Also they don’t use liners in the pedicure bowls or clean them out after every use. Called about a ingrown toe nail and they told me to wait until next time because it will mess up the polish instead of just doing the service all over again because THEY MESSED UP! Never going back.Service: Pedicure
