Our favorite butcher. I've been going here for over 10 years. I always try to stop by if I'm anywhere near here. They make the best pork sausages. The steaks are first rate. You can also buy sour cherry syrup and other German foods. Plus, you feel like you are going back in time as I'm sure the decor hasn't changed in many many years.

Place has good product but they set your orders to the side and take care of all the other stuff ...??? What is this about no dropped off my venison and they said 3-4 weeks np. Called the fourth week and gave me bs that they haven't got to it yet still frozen another 4 weeks .??? Come on guys just lost a customer went and got my venison and took it elsewhere it's a shame

Excellent nitrite and nitrate free smoking at an excellent price (we raise heritage breed, all natural pork) !!! They make AWESOME sausages also. The "Half & Half" is my favorite (half pork, half veal) and the breakfast sausage is really good. Going to order some things before we move to Texas later this year. They also ship.
