The staff and the manager were very helpful with my issue and it didn't cost me anything. I needed an old system reformatted and they did it free of charge which was really nice. I bought a controller that was decently priced and slightly cheaper than the options given at GameStop. They have some quality items for good prices and I'd like to come back and check them out again. My only wish is that they had more board game options because the ones they had peaked my interest but there weren't enough options.
Gave me a great deal on a Dreamcast memory card! Friendly staff, very clean and organized classic and modern video game store. There's also a very in-depth card collection here as well ie Pokemon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh. Staff here was friendly and attentive, and I couldn't ask for a more casual fun video game purchasing experience. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the selling/repairing experience other reviewers are negative about, but purchasing was a breeze!
Been a loyal customer of this awesome card shop for many many years now when they just got their start. I remember coming here as a child to purchase my booster packs of Pokemon cards and also getting the latest and greatest games for what was the 64-bit systems. Place always brings back childhood memories, and I recommend any gamer to stop by and at least take a browse. They purchase most electronics and even from what I can remember VHS cassettes and VCRs..
Always friendly, knowledgeable. Store always has a huge variety of games, cards, consoles and more. Staff are quick to help and make great suggestions!

Best place to find good deals on pokemon cards and great game selection too, stone is always friendly and ready to help you out
this store so much. Much bigger than the previous location and doesn’t smell like FNM@AI so that’s a huge plus. Always friendly staff makes me feel comfortable when making questionable money choices buying games
Great selection of video games, playing cards, controllers, and basically anything gamer related. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff that went out of their way to explain some more complex stuff that I had questions about. I'll be back for sure!
EDITED REVIEW I am a very frequent customer here, and I like it a lot, but it needs improvement. The employees are very kind and helpful. However, this is a DVD/Blu Ray/Trading card store FIRST, and a video game store SECOND. I only shop here for video games and I frequently sell off old bits of my collection here. The more I visit, the more I realize necessary changes must be made to the trade-in acceptance process. As a buyer, I have had multiple occasions where I have tried buying a game, only to find out that it has a similar but incorrect disc. Specifically, I tried buying Kingdom Hearts 15. Remix, but the disc was actually 2.5 Remix. I tried buying Metal Gear Solid Legacy Collection includes 9 games, but was sold a copy with the disc being Metal Gear Solid HD Collection 3 games. The employees buying games MUST thoroughly check the discs, or this will continue happening, and customers will receive incorrect games!! Additionally, I have had many instances where I was sold broken games/controllers when no substitute was available. The majority of the employees do not know how to properly test and clean games, which explains the sale of faulty controllers and the generally long time it takes for games to be traded in. Seemingly, the testing counter is unorganized, because nobody seems to know which cables go where, or what controllers go to what system, so on so forth. Additional problems with the testing counter include: -A Hyperkin Retron 2 system is used for testing NES and SNES games. The Retron 2 is an emulation based system, which means games that won't work on an original NES or SNES will work on a Retron. An original NES and SNES must be used for testing. -A Wii is used for testing Gamecube games. Same scenario, Wii reads GC games via emulation, so faulty discs will usually work on a Wii but not on a Gamecube. -Discs are not checked for topside damage. -There seems to be a relative lack of ease of connecting traded-in systems to the testing TV. -Older cartridge-based games, such as NES and SNES games, must be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol and a Q-tip before testing and before being sold. Dirty cartridges do not read easily, and less-knowledgeable customers will mistake them as broken. -Discs MUST BE CHECKED to be the correct game that goes in the game case. -Wireless controllers must be tested to see if they hold a charge, both wired and wirelessly. -Games must be examined for authenticity, especially cartridge based games. -Game variants that vary in value such as black label games, greatest hit label games, long box games, so on must be priced as such. -eBay sold listings are a more consistent way to check prices of games over Pricecharting, which is what the store uses. I love this store and I'm sure you will love it too. But it is important to hire people, or to train current employees, to properly test video games, so the customer is not inconvenienced with faulty games or controllers. I am positive this issue can be fixed, as Noble is a professional and caring environment. Thank you!
