If I could give 6 stars I would. If you are in need of a custom suit, go in and talk to Ricky. He was beyond helpful. Words cannot express how enjoyable my experience was working with him in getting me set up with two fine suits for some upcoming weddings that I have this summer. That being said, please keep in mind that this is a custom suit company so you must expect to wait at least 3 — 4 weeks from the time of your visit at the store and final delivery. But timely planning and patience will pay off.

Great experience visiting this location. I needed a suit for my wedding. Thomas did a great job of taking my measurements and explaining the process throughout. He went over what to do in case I needed alterations, explained all the customizations I could pick for my suit, when I should expect it to arrive, and had different recommendations for fabric and style based on my needs. The process was quick and timely. I received my suit in the today well within the time frame he told me, and it fits perfectly and looks great.

Concierge service still exists in modern society! This company melds old school high end service, with modern logistics and technology. Ricky is the absolute man. I buy multiple suits a year and thought spending more meant a better experience and better quality. I was dead wrong. My experience in the store was second to none. I was well taken care of all while they were answering other questions for clients who didn’t have an appointment in the books. I paid less than half of what I’ve paid at other men’s clothiers. Most of the time after your measured you just wait until you get called. Not with indo. They give you great updates every step a long the way and it’s delivered much faster than you’d think for it being a bespoke suit. The final fitting was the cherry on top. Got to see the real one more time and get showered with compliments! Can’t recommend the company enough.

We walked in without an appointment and Ricky was incredibly accommodating and helpful. He guided me through the entire process of measurements, picking out fabrics, and customizing the style all in about an hour! Super happy with the experience, highly recommend

All around good experience here. Mitch was the person that helped me for the most part and he’s great. Not pushy, not overselling, but helped me find suits I love and feel comfortable in. When I first got my “custom suits” I was concerned because of the fit, but the included alterations fixed them up perfectly. Would recommend!

I was nervous going into my suit appointment. As a gay woman, spaces that are traditionally for men can be very uncomfortable for me. I immediately felt comfortable with Ricky. He was GREAT! He was very knowledgeable, offered suggestions for my specific body type, and made me feel confident in myself. I will be using Indochino again in the future!

I had a pleasure of having Ricky as my tailor. He is friendly, knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. This was my first time getting a customized suit. I enjoyed experience in the relaxed environment. I will certainly go back.

I don't have the need to have multiple suits so my suit knowledge is low. Ricky was kind, welcoming, and very patient when explaining all my options for suit customizations. Thomas was patient when he was measuring me and fielded all my questions. I would highly recommend this team to take care of you.

Really enjoyed working with Ricky. It was obvious he is a vet and knows his job very well. Ricky was also able to help me with some of the styling options, as I’m a jeans and t shirt kind of guy. Suit came fairly quick and was a spot on fit, thanks again Ricky you man.
