I’ve been landlord for over 15 years with many properties. Over the years, I’ve self managed and then hired other companies for 5-6 years. A little over a year ago, I hired Nomadic to handle my portfolio and it was the best decision I ever made with real estate. I am renting an apartment from Nomadic Real Estate, and I must say Erin is an excellent agent. She is so helpful, very professional and always straight to the point. My partner and I faced a few issues with our apartment after we moved in, and Erin was so quick to help get these issues solved. She understands and respects the tenants. I have been working with them for a few years now. I couldn't be happier. They found a great family to rent too and I have been without issue for years from either the property manager or the renter. They keep me in the loop if something needs to be fixed but they have it handled. Its exactly what you want from a property manager. Side note the on boarding experience was really good too. They took photos, handled the listings, applications, background checks, etc. Made it so easy. Whole process from signing up with them to signing renters took about three weeks.
