Noppakao Restaurant

Amazingly good food. Probably the best Thai food I've had. Very nice restaurant with appealing decor and very cleanly and up to date. The food came out super fast, seemed like it was only 5 minutes from placing the order to it being served. Only complaint is that it's rather drafty and cold, especially in the bathroom. Our server was rather unfriendly, not rude or bad or anything, but she barely spoke a word to us; she was very quick to refill our water glasses though and wouldn't let them get below 3/4 full which I appreciated. All the other staff seemed to be very friendly though. Highly recommend this restaurant if you want really good Thai food.

This place was good for a minute and then something went horribly wrong. Most everyone I know really liked it in the beginning but my last few visits have progressed from disappointing to just plain gross. I really wish that it wasn't since it's right up the street from my house but it's just bad now and most of the people around my neighborhood who used to love it agree. The flavors are off and the rice has been crunchy on more than one visit. I think that most people will give places in close proximity to their homes more opportunities to impress them for convenience reasons. This is the only explanation for the fact that I ever eat at Crapplebee's but once the bridge is burned, it's burned for good. The service has been really bad the last few visits as well. On our final visit, we were in a hurry because we were trying to catch a movie. The restaurant was pretty empty and it was late in the evening but they just ignored us and left us standing there for 20 minutes. We finally just left. We won't be back. If you're in the neighborhood and looking for good Thai food, the closest best option is Vie-Thai Noodle Bar by Silver Lake.

Liked this restaurant. Good food and service. I recommend this place if you're into Thai food.

I can't speak to the service issues because I always get to-go here, but the man who takes my order and handles the bill is polite & we've talked about traffic together, so that counts as friendly to me. I think this is the best Thai in the area by far. Really great flavor and comparable prices to other Thai restaurants. My favorite treat from here is their Thai iced tea. I'm addicted. The Thai iced coffee is good, too!

I drive past at least 4 solid Thai restaurants in my area in Lynnwood to go here. Everything is tasty. Try it!
