Small community farmers market in downtown Norcross. Great farmers and vendors. Very friendly, some great produce finds. It is pretty small and vendors are limited. Also very limited parking. I went early and was lucky enough to find parking right on the green where the market is held.
Norcross Community Market is one of my favorite farmers markets in metro Atlanta. There are a variety of farmers each week, but you can find much more than just fresh fruits and vegetables. There are popsicle vendors, rolled ice cream vendors, Greek desserts, cupcakes, cookies, pancake mix, flowers, and much more. They even have weekly chef demonstrations with free samples for the market customers. There is a nice, big grassy area where the kids can play and the market is dog friendly. Just down the stairs from the market is a spash pad and picnic pavilion as well. Sometimes they have live music too. You really could make an entire morning of the experience if you wanted to.
I am very pleased to have market, such as this one, in my home town! I love that the market's mission is to offer residents in Norcross the opportunity to buy locally grown produce and more made here in Georgia! I predict bright things for the future of this market!
I have been coming to this market for years and suddenly there is very few vendors. It doesn’t give me much reason to return.
Unfortunately only 4 booths. Wish there were more vendors.
The best selection of great, quality items you just order online and then pick up outside of Cityhall. Wonderful process and the kindest people!
Only thing missing is variety and quantity of vendors. Otherwise you can find some great things to support local small farmers and gardeners.
