Nordstrom Christiana Mall

I was brought here as a surprise and I was so overjoyed. I definitely love shopping at Nordstrom. But, to also have a fine dining experience was so amazing. Thank you.

Always a great shopping experience We got the Ugg Sale. PLUS This was my first time stopping by the café. The Pina Dragon Fruit smoothie was delicious

The cosmetics department customer service is Horrible !! little to no help however there was a group of employees standing chatting amongst each other. They never asked if assistance was needed. I literally had to excuse myself in the middle of their conversation!!! Please train your staff to be more WELCOMING AND HELPFUL TO Customers !!! I was very disappointed in this experience and did not make a purchase due to those reasons !!

Purchased my Daughter a purse for Christmas $245. I asked the cashier about the credit card qualifications and she she told “I don’t have time to go over all that were closing in a 1/2hr” I said what if I purchase this today and come back and am approved? She said I guess you can just return it, I’m not sure. To make matter worst I didn’t even get a bag after paying $245… bc of this, I do not want to even keep the product I feel like I would like to take it back and purchase from another place with better service tbh. I’ve been wanting a Nordstrom card and was gonna apply that day but not… no thanks! I’m good

Just picked up my online order and the girl at the counter really needs customer service training. I’ve worked retail over 20yrs and I always make sure I acknowledge and thank the customer but this girl was a complete mute and acted like I was bothering her. A bunch of rude people working at this store smh

pretty judgemental tbh, if you don’t “look high class” you are judged. store was pretty empty however workers kept walking around and near us.. just cause i’m in comfy clothes doesn’t mean i’m doing anything wrong.

I never shopping in this Store, my first time it was a very surprise, everyone was so helpful and the shoes l was looking for my son they were out of stock and the cashier offer me to order for him and they when over for every detail to satisfied my son requires. Thank you!.. on this time is hard to find people who care about customers!

Poor customer service - employees seem to be unsure how to use inventory system and have trouble communicating. Easy to see why people might prefer shopping online instead of in-person.

Nordstrom is one of my favorite department stores. Our family has shopped at this department store for years. In fact, we are so elated to be able to shop Tax free in Delaware, opposed to Towson Center.
