Nordstrom Men’s Store NYC

My wife and I visited the perfumery with a specialist and enjoyed the experience. They also have a really cool video wall.

This is a beautiful store and while my husband enjoyed shopping I enjoyed a drink at the clubhouse on floor two. The bartender, Lance, is friendly and an expert mixologist. And the store stylists were happy to chat in the comfortable setting. Such a nice way to shop!!

Worst department store expwy ever. I love buying fragments and own more than 20 bottles. I was wearing my most casual clothes since I was picking up some stuff nearby while walking my dog. Not only did no one come to assist me, a clerk straight up came up and took away the testing strip in front of my face and asked if I was going to buy anything. Terrible attitude.

Overpriced store with a terrible customer service and staff. Did not receive my refund in more than 2 months for a product that I returned even before picking up from the store. They fail to provide update.

This place is a great Men's clothing store! Nordstrom Men's has two levels filled with shirts , pants , shorts , suits , and a massive shoe and sneakers department including AllBirds on the bottom floor! They also offer in-store pickup which is so easy and quick when ordering online - highly recommended! Staff is helpful and service is quick! I wish I would come here more often!

Other stores ransacked? Try this place. May be a little more expensive, but give it a shot. Service is like no other. Gotta go there to see.

Friendly staff, clean, safe, and great variety. Went for a pop up shop for Rene Montilla hats. His selection was amazing and the presentation was flawless. Great guy

I’m a regular shopper at Nordstrom, and while this store might be a flagship in name and flashy apparel that they sell more on that later, the staff left a lot to be desired for a Nordstrom. I can’t tell you the number of times I was standing to return something and an associate would see me but simply because it was not their assigned station they didn’t move an inch. Nor did they try to even call someone over to assist. Very atypical of a Nordstrom and this hasn’t been the first time, nor will it be the last I imagine with a younger associate staff that might not appreciate customer service as well. Secondly, I get it’s a flagship store but it really sucks that they mostly carry those gaudy and flashy brands, like palm angels, that are just grossly overpriced and not have a balance with some tried and true stuff that you see at other Nordstroms say like Vuori. Maybe because it’s a flagship the more experimental stuff exists there but I wasn’t expecting it to be so disproportionate. Even sneakers - can’t find a solid pair of Adidas but they’ll have all types of Givenchy clogs that go for $900 I’d love to see what their sale numbers for a month are on those items. So in short, not the most customer friendly staff and poor variety for those who don’t want to spend hundreds on flashy stuff. I would’ve expected better for a Nordstrom, and that too a flagship no less.

Awesome sneaker selection. Take your time to look around and find the affordable prices. Lots of over the top pricey options.

The SA Joe was amazing! He made my shopping experience wonderful.
