Nordstrom Rack Cherry Creek

This Nordstrom Rack is the best one we've ever been to. They have top name brands at reasonable prices. My wife went in shopping while I slept in the car, woke up and she was still in there shopping. LoL

This is based off my first time at this location, which was to do a return. I purchased beauty products from the Park Meadows N.R.. I asked when I checked out if I could return a few of the products, as they were a gift for someone else and I wasn't sure if they'd like the color of lipstick. She asked the cashier next to her and she said as long as they're not opened. Well they were not opened and I did have to return them. This N.R. however refused to take them because this location has an absolute 0% policy on beauty returns. I understand that if I hadn't done my due diligence to ask when I checked out, that I might be SOL. However, I did ask and it was just frustrating. Sure that may not warrant a 1 star, but the cashier was quite rude, and additionally missed one of the other returns I made, which I almost missed.

Cathy Angelo was the biggest help to me that I've experienced in a very long time! She guided me to the perfect outfit for a beach wedding. I'd chosen all of the wrong things and she surpassed my wife's expectations! Thanks Cathy!

I love this Nordstrom Rack! It has most everything I need and the staff are friendly and helpful. The manager Joel went to all the lengths to help me find the item I needed, and eventually we got it! Thanks Joel.

This visit was the worst! Bought 2 designer bags for a trip but was unable to board flight with said bags because the security tags were left on the items. No alarm went off exiting the store. The security tags on the bags were blinking which I hadn't noticed, the bags were placed inside the duster by a Nordstrom employee at checkout and I just packed the dusters in my suitcase. The blinking security tags had TSA suspicious! Had the inconvenience of having to return to the store to have them removed, with the absolute worst store manager! Her unprofessionalism is unmatched! laughing at the problem and walking away refusing to do anything to rectify the situation! I ended returning both items due to her rudeness and horrible attitude. This woman should and needs to be trained on customer service, and should lose her position as a manager! I will NEVER shop at Nordstrom/Nordstrom Rack again! Lost a long time Nordstrom shopper! I ended up finding the same designer bags at Saks for $100 less and excellent customer service! Saks is now my go to department store.

Warning to everyone*** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY*** I have spent the last two weeks back and forth being lied to about a reshipment of a lost package that was purchased as a graduation present for my niece. When the package did not arrive on the day I paid for expedited shipping for, the supervisor apologized and claimed to be reshipping the items still available by end of the week. That package doesn’t arrive until today, Monday, and only has 2 of the 3 promised items. After spending 2.5 hrs on the phone with various agents and supervisors today, I was snapped at that they shouldn’t of offered to send out the replacement items in the first place and they would NOT be sending out the remaining item left. I spent weeks researching which site/company to order her gift from, and regretfully chose Nordstrom. Do not make my same mistake and end up disappointing your loved ones on their special day.

Nordstrom rack is back at full capacity on merchandise! That's great, but difficult to maneuver the tiny shopping carts thru the narrow rows....

Nobody beats the value of the Rack. Includes that famous Nordstrom's customer service.

Omg this place is the best place to come and shop at the prices are good and the quality of name brands are amazing. I definitely come back here to shop again
