Nordstrom Rack Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach

First time visiting, and I must say I was not very impressed with the merchandise or the staff for that matter. Multiple staff members walked past me and did not offer a greeting or ask if I needed any assistance. Don’t plan to visit again as both the selection of goods and the staff attitude leaves a lot to be desired.

I love shopping here and I’m with The Rack for over 10 yrs. I come here maybe 2-3 times a month. But I was very disappointed on my last visit because of a rude cashier named DEANNE Z.. I purchased 2 pairs of Cole Haan sunglasses this week. One 4 days ago and another pair today. The first one came w a Cole Haan microfiber pouch with no problem and when I purchased the second one today, she tried to give me an unbranded pouch. So I asked and insisted nicely to her if I can have one like the first one. So she radioed someone to check if they have some pouches In the back. And While we were waiting, she started telling me that for the past 4 years she had never seen a Cole Haan pouch like that ever. And a minute later, comes out a manager with at least 10-15 pouches. Why did she have talk to me like that if she doesn’t have any clue of what she’s talking about. 4 years, come on. I have nothing against this store, everyone is always nice to me except this lady. Sorry, I usually ignore and forget these kind of minor incidents. But everyone need to know

This was a very large store and I was very impressed by the shoe selection. Normally there is a very limited selection for women's size 4 and 5, but this had the most I have seen at a Nordstrom Rack. Prices seemed reasonable and the store was well laid out and not crowded.

Great savings can be found at Nordstrom Rack that’s for sure! Great selection of things here but you have to look for them! Which isn’t a bad thing because you make sure you actually want them haha. Cheap, fast, and friendly. Just what I want from an outlet shop! Need to go back and get some sunglasses tomorrow!!

The store was having a sale so I stop by. I originally wanted to bring a hat to Hawaii. I couldn't find the right one so that was my goal. I found the perfect hat and I wore it out. The store it self is really clean and organized. Everyone was so nice and attentive and helpful. I really appreciate that especially on vacation.

Great selection. Great service. Great deals. Canadian locations are nowhere as good, so we are definitely biased. Generally we love any Nordstrom Rack in the States.We find something worth buying on every visit. We visited this location twice in two days because we couldn't finish our shopping on the first visit. Spent the first visit only looking through the shoe selection. Prices and styles were impressive for the brands that we like both men's and women's. We returned to look at their selection of bags and makeup.

Got a pair of shoes at Norstrom Rack then notices that the same exact pair is half off on Norstrom.com website. It didn't make sense as Norstrom usually has higher prices than Norstrom Rack. I went to this Waikiki Norstrom Rack location to get a price match. Lady with long red hair refused to help. I showed her the website and the 50% off discount. She said the only option I had was to return the shoes and purchase online from Norstrom. She said, "Norstrom is a different store and they have different promotions..." She didn't seem to care much and looked a bit irritated. I didn't want to order online and wait for the shoes to be shipped to me so I went to another Norstrom Rack location and lady over there was super helpful. She sounded very understanding a caring, she got an approval from the manager to match the online price. I wish I didn't waste so much time on this though. It's a second time I had a negative experience at the Waikiki location. Not going there anymore!
