After reading the less than encouraging reviews, I thought I'd try to offset the bad ones. Went there today expecting terrible customer service. Was pleasantly surprised. Not sure when the other reviews were written, but in January of 2018, we were treated like kings. Pleasantly surprised. So much for accurate reviews. Note: I live 40 miles away and didn't really want to travel into Portland. Glad I decided to go to Windham.

Some of us need to notice that the tech is working alone. I was in the wait room for 75 minutes and was #10. Thats only 7 1/2 minutes for each of us. In and out the door. Thats pretty good without a break. If thats normal for this place, all day, every day, how do they keep good people on staff? She could really use some help doing setup and paperwork for all of us. Our reviews could aim at making this a better place for all. Thx for reading. Please take note Nordx

I have been going to Nordex in windham once a month at random times for years. I go because Pam is simply amazing. She has been the primary phlebotomist for as long as I can remember. She is kind, funny, and the ultimate in professionalism. This I am sure can be challenging because there is typically a wait. This is through no fault of her own. I have seen her handle disgruntled consumers and I respect that she has always been respectful. I have to say those who were waiting were quick to address the bad behavior of those few who believed their time was more valuable then those waiting. If you are impatient go early or at 1:00 right after lunch. Or go somewhere else. If you want quality, clean, and a phlebotomist that is consistent and kind. Then see Pam.

Although one of the slogans on waiting room wall says,"patient centered" that's anything but the truth! Been here many times...ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT, last time was 1 hour 10 minutes. Today, it's been 35 minutes so far ,4 people ahead of me. The phlebotomist is great. Problem is Nordx only hires 1 person to do the job of 2. CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP. Will now go to a different lab, 15 minutes out of my way (this one is only 5 minutes away) DISGUSTED ..SHAME ON YOU.

Today when I went to Nordx I walked into a completely empty room. I thought it's my lucky day, no waiting. But no, 29 minutes later I go in for a 2 minute blood draw. No " I'm sorry for keeping you waiting. " or any other social niceties - EVER! I go there fairly regularly and it's always the same... TERRIBLE SERVICE. Last time for me.
