I've bought from Tom Leslie the owner many times in the past, and they are shining examples of how business should be done. Always making sure that the forklift shows up well. Recently I purchased 2x Doosan forklifts, in which Jeffery Leslie helped me tremendously to find a last-minute solution to a unit before the truck was heading in that day. Great work guys, Equipment Depot picked up a great business.

We needed a very rare and specific piece of equipment, and low and behold Norlift had exactly what we needed- a 30' 30,000 lb yard ramp wide enough for vehicles. They delivered it and installed it perfectly and I didn't have to do a thing. A few years ago I bought 2 new shipping containers and same experience then as well. Thanks guys for the great service!

Great service.  They have serviced our forklift for 10 years.   They have installed our racking and recently took some down as we modified our space. They also do training and certification for our drivers.  Very helpful and easy to work with.

I have been doing business with Norlift for years now, and you can't find a more knowledgeable crew.  They have helped me diagnose and fix my electric forklifts many times.  I have ordered parts, as well as hauled them there to fix as well hard to do since I live in Grants Pass, but worth it.  On a long trip last month, they even stayed open late for me when I got stuck in traffic so I could pick up my battery on my way home and not have to stay in Portland overnight.

Call Norlift and spoke to Glen Bean. He came to my shop and was very courteous and knowledgeable .  This company truly cares for their customers. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate doing business with them again. Thank you

We just leased a new forklift from Norlift of Oregon. We are very happy with the equipment and the service we received from Norlift. I highly recommend them for all your lift truck and warehouse equipment needs.

Not impressed at all. Ordered a forklift and 2 pallet jacks. Took 4 hours to load and deliver. I needed them at 7am. I got them at 12. Terrible customer service. I ordered them.2.weeks ago.

I moved my showroom and warehouse and Norlift gave me the best pricing on my racking and oustanding service!  I would highly recommend them for warehouse racking and lift trucks.  A great locally owned company.

We were moving to a new building.  Everything was on pallets and gaylords. We had a 7 man moving crew. Our electric fork truck suddenly stopped working. I called Gene at Norlift at 4:30 and their service guy arrived the next morning at 8:45. He had the thing going in 5 minutes. It was operator error! You saved our bacon. Purchased more than 20K racking from Norlift, the deliver schedule changed multiple times and the installer missed the schedule multiple times, Sales agent have nothing able to do with the service group. As full order was paid, post sale service is horrible.
