I've been working with Jason at Norm's Music for over 35 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Jason I'd incredible. Cares about his customers and treats them like family. They really are the good guys.

Proprietor very accommodating and pleasant. Type of people feel comfortable doing business with. My first time here, will know more when they finish with my amp repair. Recommended by a friend in the industry for guitar amp repairs/services who said there's no one better on Staten Island

I was having some noise issues with my Line 6 HX Stomp. The support team from the company directed me to Norm’s Music they’re one of two Line 6 service centers in the tri-state area. Sent an email and Jason asked me to call. Gave me some tips on setting the Gate in the Input and other placed blocks. Worked like a charm. Modelers are new to me and I’d never used a Gate before with my standard rigs. Good stuff!

Needed my Roland Spdsx repaired. They got it done in 1 day and were really nice about it. They were awesome.

Good place to get your gear repaired...sent a roland product for repair from the cape may nj area to Staten Island NY..got it back from home to their shop and back....total ...5 days....amazing...and working fine...kudos to the staff and jason....thanks again...keeping your address and phone number handy...

Norm's is the best of the best! Have been going there for many years. For musicians, run by musicians. I buy everything from them. And Jason is the best!!

So far, I have bought a steel string guitar, soft case, tuners, picks, guitar strap, strings, and humidifier from Norm's. I am so impressed and plan to shop here for ALL my musical needs! The selection is astounding and there is such a big price range, you will definitely find something you love and can afford. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The guys are considerate, remember me from previous transactions, and have even begun rounding off purchases to avoid giving them change. I had them swap pickups on my guitar, and not only was it done very neatly, but in adequate time as well. With a setup and new strings that cost around $140 which is kinda steep, but it's quality work. They've performed setups for me before and not once was something done shotty or under-par. A good tech is worth his weight in GOLD. In terms of how they treat customers, all I'll say is treat others how you wish to be treated. Not once have I had an issue with these guys. Classy chill dudes you could have a beer with. This place is my go to for all my musical needs.
