They have always been polite, direct, efficient and reasonably priced. Norman's have been maintaining my car for a few years now doing everything from repairs, new battery, tire upgrades & rotation, oil changes and miscellaneous but necessary upgrades/replacements. If they notice something off about my car unrelated to what I brought it in for, they let me know and provide options. They don't pull fast ones on me just to make more money. What I appreciate the most is their no-nonsense style of business. They are polite and friendly don't waste anyone's time and get straight to the point and deliver what they promise. The trust factor is also there and I find this personally crucial for a car shop.

Good experience. Quick change of windshield. Competitive pricing. In by 8:00 am out by 9:15. Ok waiting area.

Good, reliable service. I've had 2 windshields and many rock chips repaired here over 15 years. Prompt courteous service. Do what they promised, when they promised, for the price they promised.
