VERY DISAPPOINTED! I Spoke with them about a Jeep Commander The vehicle was not in safe operating condition to get to my mechanic due to electrical issues so they were going to get those issues fixed so I could get it to my mechanic. I was called that evening and was asked for a deposit to which I specifically asked if the money would be returned if my mechanic recommended I not get it, I was told yes that would not be an issue so I gave the deposit. At no point was I told it was non refundable. The very next day I spoke to my mechanic about the vehicle to which he advised I look for something else due to electrical components starting to fail. I informed them "North American" to the information my certified mechanic told me and I asked for the return of my deposit to which I was refused. It's not the money, it's the principle that the salesman lied in telling me it would be refunded. As I was leaving another gentleman there said he had just purchased a vehicle there and the motor blew not long after getting it. Please beware and purchase from a different dealer as the location on airline in my opinion is very dishonest.

Tyler and Damien made my day. We got the perfect vehicle and we made an amazing friend. Damien busted his tail for us all day until we were happy and that means a lot to me and family. He is a consumate professional and made it clear through his actions that his office was a team. Wow. Great place. Great people Amazing****

The service here was amazing. Each worker was very helpful. But I also have to say the Damien Perez was one of the most helpful people there. I will be returning to this dealership for any needs. I know I will be well helped.

I shopped new and used RAM trucks for over a month. I found a few that seemed less expensive, but the BS fees made the prices skyrocket. I even found lower prices on my 2016 RAM heavy duty, but the day I met Damion at North American in Gonzales, I knew where I was buying my truck. That guy is honest, funny, great with my kids, and above all.....a solid dude. Everyone there acts like family and I will recommend anyone to go back. Thank you

Went in looking for a better car for the wife. Michael Horsley the finance team helped me find this great Jeep, in just her size. This is my second car from these guys. Great to work with.
