Very disorganized and they staff some know their jobs very well. They need new leadership.

When I moved here from Brooklyn I got a resident permit for my vehicle with no problem. I never had a problem with the ladies there. Since then, I finally got my space, and I can never be more happier. They even salt the lot before the snow comes . So far, so good
I find the times for visitor's permits confusing, and everyone at the office seems to have a different response. It should be stated more clearly, the hours needed for permits.
Had to take half a day of work off just to get a residential parking sticker. Terrible hours, not a great way to serve their community.
Not much of authority, everyone's sidewalks have become parking for a few. Our town is everyday harder to walk. If only the authorities could park their cars and walk the neighborhood a little bit more they would understand how frustrating it is to have to walk on the streets to accommodate a few that are taking over public property.
