**TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE** We have been a loyal customer since 2009 and unfortunately, we will need to now stop service with them on our property all because of a wrong phone number. We scheduled to have a new dumpster dropped at a property that we own and got phone call from Kayla at N Conway Incinerator the morning of the delivery and she said that the owner Kathy Garland said they will not be delivering due to my wife talking bad to them when they called her. Come to find out, Kayla called me to tell me about the bad phone call and I asked her what number she called and she gave me an area code that was 718 when in fact the correct area code she should have called was 781, so when she did call the wrong number she got an angry person from New York City area, and we are located in 781 which is the Boston area. She didn't care that "she" made the mistake in the first place when taking down the number. We even sent Kayla my wife's call log from her phone that morning to prove that Kayla didn't call her. So, I asked, after we figured this all out, if they would still be making the delivery and she said no. I then asked if she could have Kathy the Owner of the Business give me a call and she said she would, but nobody called us to get this straightened out. I am a business owner as well and I would never treat any of my customers the way we have been treated as longtime customers. We have since moved on and are now with a new waste company.

We are now nearing a full season with NCI as our waste disposal provider and could not be more satisfied! From the cost savings, to the office staff, to EVERY driver we have interacted with, we have received professional, responsive and friendly service.PositiveResponsiveness, Punctuality, Professionalism, Value

The owner Kathy Garland is amazing and goes above and beyond for her customers.Those who are on the trash collecting crew are all smiles and waves very pleasent .hands down the best in the valley at what that do .
