I was told I could apply for fuel assistance on line. What they don't you is how poorly they word the instructions. Also couldn't get past the application because of a glitch in the program. Very poorly put together. Every 4 or 5 years they change the process, making it more complicated than the last. Just awful.
They have literally saved my life. And the ladies that answer phone her name is amber, well she has b en such a huge blessing !! She has excellent customer service skills . Because of her heart is in what she does!! She inspires me..... Ty all so much!!!
