Very unprofessional. I asked them to cut some keys that I had the bitting key code for. And additionally wanted to buy locks and cylinders. They were acting as if I was putting them out and it was a waste of their time. The older guy with grey hair and the tie dye shirt at the counter was a complete jerk. I will never go there again.

I recommend this business if you're ever locked out from your vehicle. Very satisfied customer here

Oh my goodness they are life savers. I accidentally smashed my bf car key and I was in such a panic. Also the price was surprisingly cheap, only $4.50 to get a new car key and it took less the 5 minutes for a replacement also the service was great very kind and trusting. I recommend going there anytime to get keys or locks replaced. I would go there again for my keys, locks and other stuff they do.

Unprofessional staff. Rekeyed a new lock for us. It however quickly became unusable. Staff suggested we take the lock to Able instead of trying to rekey the lock. Able was more than accomdating, friendly and professional. Do NOT recommend Northstar at all.

Awesome!! I drove all over Anchorage looking for a cabinet lock with no prevail. Nortstar locksmith had the lock I needed plus got keys made for my car. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely be going back for all my locks or keys.
