The staff is great! They communicate, are responsive, and kind. In my experience, they have gone above and beyond. When my senior dog, Louie, passed away, they followed up with a personal card. I know my pets receive excellent care. 5/5 would recommend.

North State has been our vet for the better part of 13 years—through all the good, and all the bad. I could not ask for a more caring, knowledgeable, and empathetic staff. They truly treat every one of my dogs as if they were treating their own.

I had the best experience here!! They are kind, caring, and super accommodating! My girl needed a last minute, same day appointment and they worked so well with our schedule and went above and beyond to treat her issue and make us both comfortable. Highly recommend!

My husband took our two dogs here after JUST moving to Jackson the day before. He gets anxious taking both dogs out by himself because they can be a handful but he raved about how helpful and wonderful the techs and vets were here. He loved that a tech assisted him to the car after the appointment. We will be back!

We've been bringing our dogs here for about 7 years now, and we love the care they get at North State Animal Hospital. Dr. McLendon always takes the time to answer my questions and helps my senior 14.5 year old Aussie mix get the best care possible. Bonus - this clinic is also a drop off location for wildlife in need of rehab!
